Conceptually great, this app didnt work for the only PDF I really needed to sign using my phone. It allowed adding my signature and seeing other peoples signatures, but it erased previously added text to the document. Useless then.

This is absolutely amazing! For now on I dont have to worry I have to waste more ink just to get the form print out and sign my name on it!

I needed a dependable app for filling out Adobe documents, including signatures, and this app works really well.

Super easy to use and would highly recommend to anyone needing to fill out PDF forms on the go. As a sales rep I use my iPad every day with clients. Filling out client request and order forms on my iPad and then emailing directly to my head office is now easy! Thanks for the app!

Mostly Easy to use, the insert text boxes could need some help to be more finger friendly when positioning check off box indicators, overall a great tool.

This software works perfectly a month ago on my iPad Even though all the updates are adequately perform on the iPad operating system the latest version of fill and sign on May 26 does not maintain the integrity of the information that was populated with acrobat professional Hoping this will be fix ASAP because I have 4 Vice President that are waiting to perform their electronic sign-off

I love Adobe Fill & Sign, it makes it so much easier to fill out forms and email them back without having to print anything. You can even create your signature on the app
